Too often people say; I can't sit still, it's impossible for me, I don't have the time or I don't have it in me. It's why I created this really easy-to-follow course. What is the course like?

It's all online and yes, you absolutely have lifetime access to it.
Created in an auditory format you can listen through your phone, computer, tablet or TV (if you have online streaming), anytime you like. It's a super simple and designed in a easy to follow step by step course. Each of the 7 days has a 10 minute mediation and technique to complete. 
Purposely designed for anybody and everybody to follow regardless of your need in life; whether you need to cultivate a little more calm, help sleeping or simply want to destress. I created this as something you can come back to time and time again throughout any stage of your life. 

Below gives a brief overview and outline on what to expect in the auditory form on days one, four and seven.  Each day is tracked and in sequential flow as to guide you and help you through 7 days as a beginner.  

Day 1: 

The simplicity of breathing. 
Your first lesson is simply tuning into the breath and how the sensation feels within your body 

Day 4:

Mind and body connection.
Using the breathe and a guided body scan, we connect mindful to the sensations and feelings throughout the body.

Day 7: 

Leaning into stillness using Mantra.
Our final lesson will focus on the inner stillness that meditation can bring through the simple technique of mantra
