Human Fundamentals™ is a practical human capability framework designed to develop greater awareness, capability and choice in how people work, relate, respond, contribute and lead.

It brings together nine interconnected capability areas and supports people to understand, practise and apply them across everyday work, relationships, communication, conflict, change and leadership.

Human Fundamentals™ can support employees, teams, managers and senior leaders, with different roles carrying different levels of responsibility and influence.

The organisational licences are designed to build shared capability while allowing learning and application to be relevant to different roles and workplace contexts.

Human Fundamentals™ combines online learning, audio reinforcement, workbooks, practical tools, facilitated workshops and workplace application.

Organisational licences also include resources to support internal facilitation, rollout, reinforcement and ongoing delivery.

The programme is designed to move beyond simply understanding concepts and support people to practise and apply capability over time.

Human Fundamentals™ is designed to build capability inside your organisation, rather than create ongoing dependency on external facilitation.

For organisational licences, your organisation nominates internal people who are trained and equipped to facilitate and support Human Fundamentals™ using the programme resources and delivery structure provided.

We support their initial training, onboarding and rollout so they can progressively build proficiency and lead delivery internally.

The 5-seat option provides Human Fundamentals™ learning access for up to five people and is suited to a focused group wanting to develop the capabilities themselves.

Organisational licences add the infrastructure required to deliver Human Fundamentals™ more broadly, including internal facilitator capability, rollout and implementation resources, reinforcement and, depending on licence level, change management, stakeholder engagement, sponsor and champion structures, reporting and strategic embedding.

The programme is intentionally developed over time rather than treated as a short training intervention.

Indicative organisational rollout periods begin at approximately 22+ weeks for Tier 3, 25+ weeks for Tier 2 and 30+ weeks for Tier 1, with timing adapted to organisational size, delivery cadence and implementation requirements.

The 5-seat option can be completed more flexibly.
